I’m Luke, Founder of Ovaro Search. After almost a decade in sales and
recruitment, I wanted to build a search partner that feels more like an
extension of your team: sharp on detail, quick to act, easy to work with and most importantly no BS.
I’ve worked on assignments across the UK, USA and EMEA, covering everything from C-Suite and Managing Director hires to International Sales Leaders, and specialist roles in Engineering and Product Management.
I’ve supported businesses from Series A scale-ups to Fortune 500
organisations across HVAC, CPG/FMCG, and Renewable Energy.
